AGROPOLE has been operating on the market since 1991. The production and trading plant is located in Nieprowice, in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in the ecologically clean area of Ponidzie.
The company's offer includes dried vegetables and herbs, spices, and vegetable-herbal blends. We also offer our clients fried onion (sautéed onion) and fillings for bakeries and catering.
Through an individual approach to the needs of our clients, the company is building an increasingly strong position on the Polish and foreign markets.

Fried onion
Crispy and tasty fried onion (sautéed onion) made from the highest quality raw material. Used mainly in catering, baking, meat processing and fish processing.

Definitions – basic terms

Fried onion (sautéed onion)
Product obtained by frying fresh onion in vegetable oil until it reaches a golden-brown colour and crispy texture. Used as an addition to dishes, bread and snacks.
Filling
A food semi-finished product that serves as a stuffing for bakery products (e.g., rolls, pastries) or culinary dishes. It consists of vegetables, spices and flavour enhancers.
Dried vegetables
Vegetables subjected to a drying process at controlled temperatures, which preserves their nutritional value, taste and aroma while significantly extending their shelf life.
Dried herbs
Spice plants (including basil, oregano, thyme) subjected to drying and often grinding. They retain their natural aroma and flavour properties.
Spice blend
A composition of various spices, herbs and dried vegetables, created according to a specific recipe. Intended for specific dishes or universal use.
Private label
Production of goods under the client's brand – we offer the possibility of packaging our products in packaging with a print provided by the client.
